Yeah, I didn’t believe it either.
They were simple. Too simple. Too easy. Those couldn’t actually be the answers I was searching for. Yearning for.
So I didn’t do anything about it.
And nothing in my life changed.
Then, three weeks later I was desperate. I couldn’t take it any more. I was so frustrated. I was stuck in a dead-end job. I felt trapped by my inability to change my circumstances. I realized I was deeply unhappy and I was willing to do anything to change that—even if it meant believing and doing some incredibly simple stuff.
Once I started actively applying the principles of positive psychology my life was forever changed. Temporarily.
I got rid of stress, anxiety and worry by rewriting the stories that were causing me distress.
I stopped obsessing over everything I felt I was missing in my life and instead began focusing on all the amazing blessings that were already in my hands.
And I started noticing all of these patterns of fortunate "accidents" in my life.
It was amazingly transformative.
It didn't take me long to start drifting back into my old ways of thinking. And my old nasty results.
That's what this system will help you avoid.
